The Ezzyk-Makar Little Free Library of North Centre Township was erected in 2011, and was the first box in Columbia County! It is located at the site of the locally famous Ezzyk Produce Stand in Berwick on State Route 93, with the generous permission of Richard and Jeanne Ezzyk and the North Centre Township Supervisors. The location has two large library boxes- one specifically for Adult Readers containing Fiction, Non-Fiction, Self-Help, etc. The other box contains all levels of reading materials for children.
There are no fees to borrow, no cards to sign, no limit on the number of books to borrow, and no deadline to return borrowed books! The Ezzyk-Makar Little Free Library asks that you be considerate in returning books in good condition and refrain from writing in books or removing dust jackets.
