Application for Minor Subdivision
North Centre Township processes its own Subdivision and Land Development requests. Please check the Ordinance for requirements.

2024-07 Resolution 2024 Fee Schedule
The 2024-07 Fee Schedule Resolution outlines the costs associated with Permits, hearings, zoning ordinance and map change requests, and bonding in North Centre Township.

Home Occupation Permit

Home Occupation is defined as an accessory use or service-oriented occupation operated for gain or profit conducted entirely within the operator’s residence (in all zoning districts), or in an accessory building in the Agricultural Preservation or Woodland Conservation districts or in an accessory building by zoning hearing approval in the  Suburban or Rural Residential districts, which is carried on by the inhabitants thereof and is clearly secondary to the residential purposes of the dwelling. There are No-Impact Home Based Businesses and “Regular” Home Occupations as defined in Chapter 27 of the Ordinances Part 4, Section 431. Application for Driveway Permit

No driveway entering upon or exiting from any Township owned road within the Township of North Centre shall be constructed without first obtaining a permit issued by the Roadmaster.  Click the link above to print out an application for a driveway permit. Driveways entering onto a State-owned road must have a permit obtained from Penn DOT.
